The site manager, Cathy, was friendly, cheerful, and incredibly thorough showing me the site, the unit, and explaining the lease in detail. It was an easy decision to rent the unit after meeting her. The facility is clean, bright, and full of security checkpoints that made me feel safe leaving my items there.

Deb was extraordinary. We have rented from you for almost 5 years being among the first ! We finally were able to downsize to a12.5 x 10. We learned quite abruptly that a first floor unit of this size was available on the last day of the month. Very quickly we had to vacate one and then move into the other- we were leaving town by 3 that same afternoon. Deb was expediant, knowlegeable, proficient and therefore extremely helpful. We truly appreciated it very much. Maybe she was trained by Ashley who was also very customer oriented and caring. The place overall was clean, well organized and managed. We continue to be impressed......and grateful.

Joe and Ashley were very helpful I was looking for more prices for a space. Went to Medford but they had no 5x5s so I went here and they told me how much it would be so I will be back by the end of this year once I have to move. Great customer service and great people who work at both locations I've looked at so far.

Great great great! This company has really helped me out with my situation and worked with me greatly! I rented my space for only $1 for the first month, the next month when I realized it was a little out of my budget, Angela was more than happy to help me out even when she was at a different store. Wonderful customer service, if I were to recommend any storage in the future, I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here. Not only are Angela and Ashley great, but the storage space is very clean and large. Thanks again Public Storage for all the help.

We needed to find a place to begin to out our belogings from our house as we downsize. PS to the rescue! I happened upon the Sommerville site and the rest of the transactions were a piece of cake. The staff is so helpful and knowledgable and the units are well proportioned and the place is kept neat. Easy access and secure building. Very impressed and pleased.

This facility is super-secure (you have to enter your PIN 3 times before you can get to your unit), it's very bright & clean, the folks in the office are super-nice, and the prices are lower than other storage places in the area. I also like the very generous hours for getting into your unit...you can get in with your code even when the office is closed. I highly recommend this particular location! My only suggestion is that they have more carts. I've had to wait for a cart a couple of times.

If you need to store anything this is the place to go. The manager Dante was super friendly and helpful, the place is brand new and very clean, and the promotional rate made it very affordable for us. I would recommend the new Public Storage building in Somerville to my friends and family.
