I rented a 25 foot parking spot for my car trailer. Spot was width of a normal parking spot. There was enough room to maneuver in OK.

My office/renting experience was smooth, but I was fortunate to not have brought everything on my first trip. A huge truck from a local moving company had usurped the entrance, both elevators and all the carts while they performed the most unprofessional transfer of items I have ever witnessed. All on camera witnessed by the manager.

Facility seems good so far (time will tell) but what is clear is that Chuck is a great rep on staff. He made hurried plans easy.

I needed a smallish unit to store some things that were taking up too much space in my basement, and to declutter to get my house ready to sell. The units are very cleaner & dry - much better than my basement.

So I called the Moody Street location on Saturday because nobody answered the Lexington Street locations I talk to a nice lady because I told her I lost my bank card and explained my situation she said as long as I pay before the 31st then I went today to go see my storage to put stuff in it in the machine said to see the manager so my husband went in after I called or greeted by a rude lady at the front desk so I tried to call the Moody Street location and couldn't get through I've never Once had a bad encounter at the Lexington Street location I have always dealt with Chuck but the new staff attitude Is very unpleasant and she kept referring to us as a delinquent

I received excellent service from Chuck who explained in clear, concise language the storage terms and information about the facility. The Storage rates are competitive and offer discounts for the first month's fee. The facility is very clean and secure. I highly recommend Pubic Storage.

I personally feel secure using Public Storage. I have reviewed other storage companies in the past weeks but after the visit at Public Storage I immediately felt the security I needed for my moving needs. I also verified the after hours access and the security equipment was in place and working properly.Thanks to all people at Public Storage who continue monitoring all accesses to the storage spaces. My personal feeling is that, considering the security measures in place and constantly under monitoring, monthly storage prices should be reduced.
