Public Storage - Waltham - 945 Moody St

Tried to leave at 9:02 pm and realized we were locked inside facility. The only way out was to pay $30 for 24 hour access. Criminal

We got locked inside and only way out was to pay for 24 hr access. That’s a liability and unethical. Was told by customer service no refund on the $30 24 access I was forced to buy to get out of their gate.

The manager who is answering my call(in charge of the 945 Moody St Waltham MA, forgot what her name) answered questions impatiently, unwillingly and sounds ignorant and rude. We do not like this type of service at all. But the assistant who answering calls are good in manner,very patient and professional!

I moved in with no issues on the first day. Over the next few day I had a issue with getting into it. The App would not work on the keypad. So I had to manually punch in every time. It did slow down my move in. I was very happy with the customer assistance I received. He was very nice and helpful.

After my mother died, I had to clean out her home to sell it and I needed to find a storage space last minute. I figured I would have to go far out of the city to get a good price but this was the best price I found. It's clean, climate controlled, convenient, and easy.

Easy move-in process, helpful staff, and easy access to the storage units.

Good storage. Secure and clean. Has a restroom on the ground floor. And I love the app which allow you to open gate remotely.

Easy quick move in, good price and space

Easy move in and registration process. Did not even need to be around anybody or go to the office! Just wish I had a map in advance of the space.

Ashley as very helpful in making the changes to our account that our organization needed. We had to change the contact info on our youth sports storage locker and Ashley got us in and out in minutes.

Made moving in easy and inexpensive

Very quick and efficient check in process, considering all college students were looking for storage at the same time. Very clean storage area.

The front desk representative was knowledgable and professional. He did a walk through with me to show me where my storage space was, and also explained to me everything I needed to know for easy access to my stuff! I would like to suggest in the design of these units to have some kind of access to utilize the upper part of the units. Maybe hooks or straps for some lighter items to hang up high. Thanks!

My representative, Johnny, was excellent. She was helpful, knowledgeable and has a great personality. She is a great asset to Public Storage.

I came in two weeks ago to inquire about a unit.. Lekisha and Danika was very nice and polite by the way. I came in today to get my unit unfortunately I was not able to get the labor day special but I still was able to rent at a good price.. AMAZING customer service from Danika today! She was very helpful. I'm a satisfied customer I must say!

Danika and Lekiesha were the most helpful girls. So outgoing and respectful. We were having trouble trying to find the right size and fit. They made it work. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs storage.

Renting a storage space at this location was quick and easy. Danika was amazing in helping me at the very last minute. I literally called while I was driving to this Public Storage facility, when I arrived I was greeted by first name. I was able to go on a tour of the facility, secure the rental of the unit (along with proper insurance), and purchase necessary moving supplies in short order. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars, is the fact that I was not able to supply my own lock, and was told I HAD to purchase a cylinder lock in order to acquire a storage unit. Apparently I do get to keep the lock afterwards, but it's pretty much useless anywhere else, except a storage unit door. Other than the lock, all was good.

Quick sign up process, good instruction on how to use security systems. I recommend the Moody St facility

I was at the facility at about 8:30 pm, and there were no lights in the back parking lot. PLEASE install some lights back there. Having used two other storage facilities, I have found the elevator area, elevators to be a bit on the dirty side. It's definitely not as clean as other storage companies I have used. Thank you!

Charlie and Ben helped me in setting up a new larger unit. They were awesome and answered all my questions and concerns. The location on Lexington Street in Waltham is so convenient and there is plenty of room to park.

I had a very positive experience at public storage for almost 2years on Lexington Street Waltham. This time I used Moody Street Waltham and I am disappointed because the facility is so dirty and it is newer than the other, so it should not be seedy! They have not cleaned the grounds in several months. There is debris all over the parking lot and now it has made it's way in the elevators. It is not pleasant to go there.
