I was kind of disappointed that the facility isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t temperature controlled, like I was told. I have collectibles that I need to store at room temperature, but this isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the case.

Had a reservation to move in and no one was there to complete my move in Called and left 3 messages and no response. Waited something like 3 hours and then got the manager who said she was in the building, but not at the desk. Infuriating as I had to pay for extra time for UHaul.

Positive experience and a smile when I arrived was a huge relief as I arrived shortly before closing time. The Manager Kim was very patient with explaining the lease terms and insurance. She showed me the space, she put on the lock I purchased at her suggestion (saves me an extra trip to store!) and then showed me which elevator to utilize and where to park! I never felt rushed...it was a Friday night and I felt bad showing up late because of my work. Kim was awesome....she made the process seamless...with professionalism and a smile! Kudo's

I rented a 5 x 10 unit. I purposely pack boxes which are 1' x 1' x 1' so that I can maximize the space. Unfortunately, only four boxes will fit across the width of the unit. Therefore, this is not really a 5 x 10 unit. It's more four and a half feet. This will impact how many boxes I can truly store in the unit. I can send a picture as proof

I had a great experience with a gentlemen named Wes. When I went for a tour of the place i had my family with me.Wes walked slow enough for my farther to keep up. Wes also didn't mind having my 7 year old daughter talking and asking questions. Wes was very helpful and informative seemed to really know what size we would need for what i have.Wes defiantly deserves a raise what a great employees hope all of Public storage employees are like Wes. The place is well run, clean and feels secure. I have a TINY leak from a sprinkler pipe in my unit that I just noticed yesterday. I wish that some people would recognize that parking is a little limited and would not block the only exit out but that is not a reflection on the staff.

Kristin at the Washington Street, Weymouth, Public Storage facility went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. She was professional, courteous, and my experience with her made a difficult process seem less daunting. The space she assigned me is clean, well lit, and secure. She made sure it would fit my needs and would be easy to access. It was a pleasure to meet Kristin, and she assured me that, going forward, I could call her with any questions or concerns. Without question, mine was a 5 star experience.
