Very helpful.

It was not ideal for my lease to end during a pandemic, but I was very comfortable moving my things into the unit, even despite the current situation. Everyone is very safe and respectful of social distancing, and there are plenty of rules in place to keep you safe. With online check-in the whole process was a breeze and we were able to move all in one day. Also, the staff is very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Lastly, the unit itself is very clean and secure, and I felt okay leaving my things there. Definitely would use them again!

The person I worked with was professional, patient, and a pleasure to engage. She answered all my questions, explained the process and walked me through all my (size) options. She showed me three different layouts for the size I selected, and while I initially came for information, I readily made my decision to go ahead and rent a unit. I was also impressed with how clean the storage area was as well as the office and how everything was well organized. Glad I selected this particular facility

Organized, secure, clean, and convenient. The only issue I can see is the issue of lost keys. I thought I had lost mine, but hadn't. I was told I would have to have the lock drilled out and have a new one put in...at a hafts cost. Not a good solution.....

Quick, easy and affordable

I had a unit booked and was moving in the same day. The staff is friendly, and the facility is centrally located and very clean. I would highly recommend this as your go-to place for storage needs.

After registering online and making an appointment to see an available unit, I was provided an excellent introduction by Bob to the Public Storage facility on Washington Street in Woburn. The unit was exactly what I was looking for, at a very good rental price, and in a facility that is well-lighted, with excellent elevators, clean and secure. The procedures for entry, obtaining a dolly, accessing the unit, etc. are quite manageable. And, the hours -- 6 AM until 9 PM seven days a week -- are more than reasonable.

Everything was as advertised. Online reservation, including discount was honored. Staff on-site was knowledgeable and accommodating. Facilities are clean, well lit, and very secure.

I was helped by Demetria, she was very professional and very knowledgeable about the facility. The storage unit was clean and the office was very organized and I feel safe coming and going. Thanks for helping me and keeping my belongings safe and secure.

The whole process was seamless. I checked out online, they called to schedule an appointment. I showed up, signed some paperwork, the manager was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. She gave me a tour of the facility, made sure that all of my keys and codes worked, and then I was on my way. It really couldn't have been easier.

The building is modern and well-lit inside. The office has flatbed handtrucks for use in by tenants. I believe that all units have inside hallway access which deters small animals from getting inside the storage units. Street access is difficult because the entrance driveway is available only from southbound travel on a busy road. There is limited parking near the office. I did not like having to purchase a specialty "cylinder lock" that may have limited use elsewhere.

I've had a unit here for over 3 years due to a parent moving to assisted living. We sold the family house and there were items that wouldn't fit into the unit in assisted live that we wanted to hold onto. Unfortunately mom needs more care and has moved to a skilled nursing facility. We just rented another unit for the furniture from assisted living. The storage facility is safe, clean, and secure. The employees are helpful, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

Lots of availability, Storage units are clean and I feel safe coming by myself. Elevators make for easy transport. Having more dolly's available outside of normal business would be a big help.

Christine I believe her name was. She was friendly and really efficient. She showed us the unit we will be renting and went through the paperwork. She was super patient with the tons of questions I had. I highly recommend this Public Storage, so far its been very easy access and the online portal is very useful.

With a business like a storage company where transition and concomitant stress rule the day, the people behind the counter can make or break a company. I had a great experience at Public Storage and the reason was one of the employees, Christine. She knew exactly how to help me figure out what I needed for storage and packing materials. She did not try to oversell me. She took time explaining the process and how to best use the facility. She educated me abut the safety and security aspects of the facility. I walked away from the desk with her telephone number and name on a card pressed into my hand. Kudos

Clean and secure. Would give it 5 stars if they had dolly available and electricity (in public area not in units).

Looked around at other places but all of the prices were higher. Brian from the Woburn MA store was friendly and the advice he gave was spot on.

This is the second time I have rented at the Woburn, MA Public Storage facility. It's clean, safe, provides easy access and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

The girl who assisted me knew just the size I needed. When I explained what I was storing, she had the experience to know it would not fit in the size unit I picked. She even recommended a unit that was larger and cheaper. Afterwards, she showed me to the unit, and told me some interesting things about storage units in Woburn. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely do it again.

Great place to store stuff

THis facility was great. However 90% of the time there would be no carts available - even when there was no one else there! If you went after hours there was no recourse. Either there should be more carts or before the office personnel leaves for the day they should go around and find the carts. I spoke to many other customers who had experienced the same level of frustration. This would definitely keep me from using the facility again or recommending it to someone else.

I'm mostly happy with my experience but I do have a concern. That being the lack of dolly carts for moving items from my vehicle to the elevator and upstairs to my storage units. When I initially started storing items there were 4 dollies available always, then 3 dollies and now usually only two dollies are available. There are many times when there is no dolly to use even though there may be only 1 other person at the public storage place. Otherwise the units are clean and the people in charge are pleasant. I would recommend the place.

I like everything else about Public Storage. The people were nice, very knowledgeable and helpful too. Prices are reasonable. Very clean and so aren't the bathrooms. Thank I for the bathrooms! Just need more dollies... Thank you.

I believe the Dollie shortage is a big issue. I believe have just two Dollies for the entire building is ridiculous. There are many times we have had to wait at least an hour to get a Dollie especially on the weekend where most people are moving I under stand that is the busiest time but it's not right there should be at least 6 dollies because on average there are at least 3-4 vehicles in the lot where as 6 dollies should be enough to accommodate every one thank you !!
