Upon arrival, we were met with a great customer service representative (Novia) who was able to assist with move in. The original unit we were meant to have had issues and she immediately fixed it by moving us to a different unit. All in all, great service. The one concern was that there was a rodent company there saying to be careful that there are mice in the building, which did make us concerned.

The lady at the front desk is the best.... She helped me outa lot. I needed a drive-up unit and none was available she help me get my money back

I called Sparefoot the day of my daughter's graduation because of last minute change in our plan. I had a terrific experience with their sales person who stood over the phone for almost an hour to complete the process. We moved the stuff in the same day. Just remember to ask for the entire code and signs. We didn't get what comes before and after the entry code. When we ran into trouble getting the gate to open, we were lucky that the lady at the storage center was still in the office who told us that we need to put the * and # sign before and after the code. The place is climate control and has elecators for easy access.
