The women that staff the office are pleasant and respectful to everyone they encounter. I am grateful to be able to store my belongings in this friendly environment during my recent traumatic experience. I have been forced to move out of state subsidized housing due to harassment issues towards me from other tenants. Thank goodness for Brockton MA Fronto King for the ﾃｰﾅｸﾂ鞘\ . Aunties safe havenﾃｰﾅｸ窶｡ﾂｯﾃｰﾅｸ窶｡ﾂｲﾃ｢ﾋ慊ｮﾃｯﾂｸﾂ湘ｰﾅｸ窶伉ｵﾃｰﾅｸﾂ渉ｻﾃｰﾅｸ窶｢ﾂｸﾃｯﾂｸﾂ湘ｰﾅｸﾂｪﾂｽ

The facility is old and not very clean.

I was really disappointed to find the space not the most clean, to find holes in the floor which make me doubt it is really climate controlled, and worst of all to find a support beam inside the space limiting my ability to use it. At the very least the price should be discounted for the loss of space, but a business with good customer service would have provided a different room of the same size or a slightly larger space at the same price. Instead, the manager said that while she understood it was unfair, there was nothing she could do. She even tried to move me to a different room and have me pay more money! Totally wrong. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and I certainly won't be recommending you all.

Facility is beautiful. The front desk girl was absolutely amazing very friendly made me feel comfortable n confident about getting the unit and the safety of my things.

Overall review is that the facility and employees are better than average

The manager was very helpful. She was able to help as find a suitable storage in the time we needed. We were moving and couldn't find any other storage that was affordable so this was perfect.

People are just happy to help make sure you have a smooth transition

Getting the unit took a bit due to business/only one person working. But unit is good size for the price and the space feels secure.

Great experience and awesome customer service

When I booked my reservation through spare foot.com, I got a call within a few minutes to confirm. I had made my reservation just before I ran an errand and was driving so it wasn't a good time to talk, but I promised to call back to confirm. Of course, I forgot. Still, I showed up on move in day and all was fine. Both of the employees were friendly, and attentive. George walked me (literally) through what I needed to know, from billing to where the loading bay was, to the freight elevator, etc. These are not climate controlled units and this isn't in a great area of town, but the pricing is more than reasonable and the customer service is great.

Costumer service was very good, they explain everything clearly, they had patience and answered all the questions I had. I am very happy with the price also.

Overall I am fairly satisfied with the pricing of my storage bin, the place could use a bit of cleaning. I was treated well by the attendant.

Nice affordable storage unit. The unit that I reserved was not available upon move in, so I was forced to rent a larger more expensive unit.

Best storage place ever!!!! Costumer friendly a plus ..... as long as my unit doesn't go up... I'll be staying for the long hall..

The manager wasn't present at the time of moving in, and was rude when I approached her on allowing me to wait for her for at least an hour. The price for renting is cheap, but not worth is for the lack of quality of service.

Excellent personnel. It would be helpful to have a second person working at the same time.

Unit is well priced, clean interior unit on second floor. The stairway is long and steep, not good for my back and knees. Elevator should accommodate both freight and passengers.

My storage space is on second floor. I have trouble walking up and down stairs. Elevators should accommodate passengers as well as freight.

Too many vagrants in the building and smoking in hallways near unit. They are visable from the office area and it is clear that no one cared that they were roaming around the units. I won't go there alone.

Standard storage unit of size length strength security and floors. Nothing new or special or different or exciting they are just what they are

I found everyone working there very helpful and the place is very clean. I would only recommend a little more security as I was there late a couple nights and saw people that appear to be living there.

The security needs to be much better. I noticed homeless people sleeping inside the storage area after 8pm. I was in a rush to store my stuff but if I had more time to look at other storage facility's, I don't think I would have stored my stuff at this particular location due to that reason plus the outside area has a bunch of junk stacked everywhere. It was attracting a lot of homeless people to be all Around the facility and dig through stuff. The store definitely needs to clean up around the area, keep the homeless people away from the front of the store and most importantly keep the storage facility more secure and make sure homeless people are not being left inside the building after business hours. Great customer service! There was a nice lady at the front who helped us find a closer unit to the lift so we didn't have to go far and she handled all the paper work quickly so we get our stuff in the unit quickly.

They are nice they help me whit what I need the girls that help me are super nice love the place

Customer service was wonderful. We had a few issues when moving in but the manager did not hesitate to make better accomendations for us.

Customer service was a bit subpar as it was difficult to reach someone numerous times, however once I did reach them they were very helpful.

Staff were very helpful and helped us make the right decision about which unit size we'd need.

I am only disappointed that temperature controlled didn't seem to be in operation when I was there...I'm worried about my musical instruments that I have stored...as much in the winter as in the summer....Otherwise I am satisfied so far

Access to pull in and unload is very limited with only 1 bay with 2 doors, one which is always blocked with the van for rental. 4 to 5 cars usually blocking each other in bay area on major street, should be garage access in back side on building off major street allowing more people to unload. Also brought email from insurance saying all items covered by insurance, not good enough need cover sheet. Truly not necessary just easy way make the initial $12. Don't appreciate being nickeled and dimed.
