A few days after renting a unit i realized that i needed more space. I called Cube Smart and requested a larger unit but was told i would have to pay full price instead of the new customer promo price which was a lot more than i was looking to spend. I cant wrap my head around the logic there but not my call. On top of this the property manager is unpleasant to put it nicely. With unlimited options out there, i will be moving my items this weekend to another facility nearby

Online sale 40$ turnt into over $100 With hidden lock fees and other fess other than that the space was clean accessible and the lady at the desk. Customer service was excellent. She was very friendly. She changed my mind and I signed.

The man who helped me select a storage unit was very friendly and helpful. The unit I got was clean and tidy, and we were able to begin moving in right away. I also love the convenient lock for my storage unit. Fair price for the size we needed. And easy access too!
