I was assigned a unit that required 2 keys costing me extra money. This unit is also outside the gate so lacks security. Also I asked how long my monthly price is locked in and told can increase with a months notice. So I'm really only locked into my sign up price for a month and could increase every month!

It was seamless, from reserving to move in.

Easy and quick process..didn't really brake my pockets and first nonth is free..so no complaints.

I love how clean and safe the location feels. I rented a smaller room just to be able to have summer things and winter things instead of taking up space in my apartment. Really love it.

Very happy with the availability and location of the storage unit I rented. The only thing I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t thrilled about was the size of the door of the unit. Had trouble getting a couch through the door but we made it work. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend getting a drive up unit if you have larger items.

I booked my reservation went there an hour later the general manager was very nice took care of what I needed very fast pricing was a bit high for me but I needed the storage.

Some of the people are nice but rules are not same for everyone. You cant be at your unit for any lenth of time or you get asked to leave but you can run a small business with a generator if you want to. Both of those statements happpens at my location. Both also appears in the online rules for cube smart. Both rules are being broken. I wouldn't mind anyone doing thing in a unit they pay for but keep it the same for everyone please
