I was assigned a unit that required 2 keys costing me extra money. This unit is also outside the gate so lacks security. Also I asked how long my monthly price is locked in and told can increase with a months notice. So I'm really only locked into my sign up price for a month and could increase every month!

Very happy with the availability and location of the storage unit I rented. The only thing I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t thrilled about was the size of the door of the unit. Had trouble getting a couch through the door but we made it work. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend getting a drive up unit if you have larger items.

Some of the people are nice but rules are not same for everyone. You cant be at your unit for any lenth of time or you get asked to leave but you can run a small business with a generator if you want to. Both of those statements happpens at my location. Both also appears in the online rules for cube smart. Both rules are being broken. I wouldn't mind anyone doing thing in a unit they pay for but keep it the same for everyone please
