I was arranging this from afar with my sister moving our cousin's stuff as he was out of state. In the end, he is to have primary access and oversight. Seemed to go smoothly; once he's back in town hopefully the transfer can take place as smoothly. Helpful staff.

I got the unit online very easy. I wrote down my unit number and went to the place. I didn't realize that I had inverted the last two digits. I put all of my stuff in the wrong unit. Later when I went to collect some things, I found a red lock on my door. I was angry and mad that they locked my stuff up. I went home to write a complaint when I noticed that the unit number was different. That's when I realized I had goofed, not them. I was so embarrassed about it. I went to office to explain, and they were very nice about the whole thing. They explained to me that the normal company policy is to have everything hauled away, but they decided to wait a little while first. I am grateful for that because there were some irreplaceable things in there. They unlocked the unit, and I was able to get my stuff. Because of the way they handled everything I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a storage place

The employee I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable, and the building itself is clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed. No issues whatsoever moving in.
