CubeSmart Self Storage - Greenfield

I appreciated the help from the reservation service over the phone. The person who located and booked the unit for us was helpful, and I thought, had explained all the necessary details. The staff onsite was friendly as well. Although, I feel I was mislead on the price of the rental. On the phone and via email I was confirmed for $66.50/mo with a $29.00 admin fee for a total due upon move in of $95.50. There was ZERO mention of a monthly mandatory insurance fee, which increased our monthly payment by nearly 20%. We only learned of this when we arrive at the unit with a van load ready to be stored. Left me in a bind and feeling like we were duped.

Have not had a chance to interact with the staff. If there is a key pad to get in and out, seems strange that the gate would be left wide open all day long.

Suddenly needed a unit for 2mo ! Kevin was there to help on a holiday no less it was so easy thank goodness. I worked in retail for 45 years he was spot on to help ,thought I needed a small unit but he showed me 3 units , I was wrong thanks Kevin .Easy in easy out safe and secure thanks folks!

Best price around. Received a call the same day confirming my rental as well as a flood up call about my move in. Very pleasant staff. Easy to fond unit. Clean.

Kelly helped me pick out the size while getting a fair price.we could only get half done and Kelly explained it was our unit now and we could continue at anytime. Kelly smoothed out was a bumpy moving day.

I love that there is a little bag inside the storage unit with the purchased lock and welcome paperwork. The minimizing of human contact during covid times makes me feel a lot better since I live with some immunocompromised individuals.

The woman that checked me in was awesome gave me all the information took 5 minutes tops place was clean staff friendly what more could you ask for

I was in a bind to store my car, needed an indoor space, and this storage center was able to accommodate me days before I needed it. Very helpful even when I was there after hours

I got the 5x5 space and still have plenty of room left. super fast unload time and close to home. would do again.
