Long wait for service… unit available had a large metal pylon in the middle. No others available in that size.

Moving in was very fast & easy. The employees were very helpful. Gave me exact pricing, & any other info including tax, insurance & late fees. The most helpful tho was the lift. I was able to move everything in one shot.

Didn't take long for me to get into my unit. The place is fenced off and well lit. Storage space was ample although I would much rather have had a square storage area rather than an elongated area. Although elongated, the area has 2 doors for access which makes sense and now that I have been in and out of my storage a couple times makes it a little easier to actually wrap my head around how it works. I am able to put stuff I don't really need on one side and the quick access stuff on the other side. Really helped out since I had to take a couple things out right after I moved in.

Great pricing and the size of the space was good. Its a good idea to call ahead to verify your reserved unit. I did not and caused a deal. The girls at the desk handed things wonderful even with the last minute move. Thank You.

overall, I got a great deal by reserving online. The office staff was outstanding. I only wished I didn't have to take the time to move everything to the 2nd floor...plus it's freezing inside the building that is not climate controlled. I was hoping for more insulated stairs to the 2nd floor, but as I said, I got a terrific deal in price online. Very clean facility and easy access. Only thing they don't tell you is that you are required to spend at the very least $10 extra per month for insurance.

My best advice is look at the space before you sign, I was told two stairs and when I got to the unit I was going to rent it had sixteen stairs ,I got my money back from them but not before corperate cancel my application a whole day later. Don;t waste your time here I found a much better deal else where.
