Considering this is the cheapest I could find in the area, I have been very impressed with the level of customer service and how clean the facility is. The climate controlled area was quite welcome considering I started moving in on a 90 degree day.

The front desk was a little disorganized but once I was at my space I was pleased with the size and cleanliness and especially the price.

This was a great facility, very clean, seems secure. Very easy to move items in and out of the facility with a large elevator and carts.

This storage facility is just amazing. Its located not too far from the highway, very easy to find. Everyone is extremely friendly and ever so patient (coming from a customer that had a lot of questions). They walked me throu everything, including the facility! Locked gates and great security! I feel at ease knowing my belongings are there and safe. Loadig docks, drive ins, everything is so convenient and easy to use. The truck and van is also very easy, ran great and was even cheaper on gas than my own truck. Just amazing!

Although I had a hard time finding it, their customer service is excellent. He stayed on the phone with me while I navigated my way. The building is very clean and old. Nice job with the renovations.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the service I received! I highly recommend this facility!

The price of a 10X15 went up within a three day period. From $ 148 to $163.00. I was quite surprised. Also I am an AAA customer, I thought that I would get a free month through Sparefoot. It didn' t happen.There should be discounts for Senior Citizens, Veterans, AARP and American Legion. I just got laid off my job in July 2016. I was trying to save some money, until I can start working again. Also everything was going ok until I backed up the company van at the storage company and bent the rear door with the outside lift. The rear door would not stay open. Not a good ending to my day.

I got very helpful direction from Paul as to what to expect as far as the size of my storage to accommodate my needs. The van usage was a plus as well, & the helpful dollies and rolling carts were lifesavers. Good job, Landmark!

The manager was very helpful and the facility was clean and easy to access. The free use of hand carts was a bonus.

From the first phone call to the move in, Landmark Self Storage has been great. No hidden fees! They even have use of a truck (local) to help with the move. Excellent service!

Only 4 stars as lift wasn't working, so had to use stairs. I only had boxes, do not a big deal to lift a shorty flight of stairs. It's clean and priced well.

Fast response and easy to move in. Exceptional customer service from a quality business. Would choose again and again. Free can/truck use for new in-state move-ins, just pay for gas!
