Public Storage - Westford - 277 Littleton Road

My move in is easy and in convenient location

The parking was a sheet of ice…very dangerous for walking/navigating on foot. I asked for first floor and received second…i thought it was climate controlled, it was freezing cold inside…the staff wasn't overly friendly. Price was good…that’s about it.

The rental experience was a bit confusing because I rented a unit on-line and when I saw it realized I did not need such a large unit. The woman at the desk helped me get it all straightened out. The move in was easy because carts were available to transport my items from the UHaul to the unit and the elevator was also always available. The storage unit was very clean as was the building. Having to get out of the car to put in entry and exit codes is not greatly convenient but not horrible either. Overall, I like this storage facility and would recommend it. (I already had another unit rented here.)

The light doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work in my unit

there weren't any push carts making the packing unpacking very difficult and time consuming

Compared prices of places around and this waanthe best. Decent price for the size i got..where other places were double the price for a smaller size!!

Renting a storage unit is simple. The prices are the lowest in the area. Access is fine. Wish there were more carts per unit. Light switches are hard to see. Staff Is extremely professional, friendly, helpful,.

Storage monthly cost was affordable, but mandatory storage insurance increases the monthly cost.

The storage units are very clean and well-maintained, access is convenient (even for units on upper floors), and the employees I dealt with (Sandy and Bob) were courteous, professional, helpful, and friendly.

The attendant we had help get our storage bin and contract in place was a peach of a person. There was a pretty long line of folks she was helping and she did an awesome job. My only complaint was the fence was broken on one of the sides and there was a huge pile of refuse overflowing a small trash bin. Everything else was great. Thank you for great service!

Bob was wonderful he worked around my work schedule so I can still get my storage after 5 because they don't rent storage after 5pm. He explain everything in full detail so I understand what am getting into lol. The area westford MA is very quiet and safe, the site is also very clean. I highly recommend this storage facility.

The facility is convenient and competitively priced however, the facility has maintenance neglect. One example is; the handle to open and close my unit is so corroded that if I am not careful I can cut my hand. There is also insulation hanging from the ceiling of my unit, along with the garage door weather stripping missing in the third-middle of the door.

I needed a place to store my belongings with short notice and was in touch with the call center which the gentleman over the phone was super nice and made an appointment for me right away. The property manager contacted me just before my appt. and was very helpful in deciding what size storage unit I needed with my belongings and showed me two different units to choose from. I was impressed to find a freight elevator and carts to accommodate transporting my things. The security is awesome and the property manager and "Bob" went over and beyond helping me figure out things as far as locks and provided me with boxes that were stronger and better than home depot. Thanks Public Storage for being there and saving time and money when we needed you. I plan on telling all my friends who to go to when in need of storage space and excellent service. I was able to reserve a unit only without a credit card or any invasive account building which was great. Bob, in Westford, was able to find my online reservation right away, double checked to see if there were any other units better or closer to entry for me. All in all a very easy, quick, informed set up and introduction to storage units (my first), was loading boxes same day too! Thanks!
