Austin was tremendous in the customer service position, he explain all the detail that I needed it to know and guide it me throwed it, the experience that I had with Austin customer service I haven't had it in a while, he made this facility shine, great Job hiring Mr. Austin.

Everything about our experience was better than expected. Incredibly helpful people, really convenient facility and amenities, and really clean. I had to drive over 20 miles but it was absolutely worth it. Totally recommend US Storage Centers in Middleton

This was our first time using a storage facility after moving after 35years at our home. Kelly was very friendly and extremely helpful! Pricing was very reasonable. We moved some things in the next day using the carts and elevator no problem. Would highly recommend!

I have used storage a few times and this is by far the best I have seen.

The place is amazing! Only downfall for me is the elevator stinks and numbers arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even close to being in order.

I came in the other day to ask some questions about pricing and availability. I belive her mane was tammy. She showed me a couple of the bins . I was impressed about the place it was clean and she was very helpful in making my decision to rent there.
