Initially I was having a difficult time getting hold of the office on my move in day. No one was at the office and no one was answering the phone. I had to call the number for Selfstorage in order to speak to someone. It took much longer than it should have to get hold of a person to help me. In fairness I didn't realize I could do everything online, but in my confirmation email it said to go to the office on move-in day. However once I was in contact with the site coordinator my experience changed for the better. The individual was very pleasant, understanding and had me registered and on my way in no time. The online registration was quick and easy to complete. So while I had a rocky start, I would recommend the facility. My unit was spotless and easy to access.
