facility looks very clean which was impressive. Customer service provided by Rachel was great, Only thing that could have been better is i was charged for a full days rent instead of a half day because it was later in the after noon when i signed on the line

Located in a former large supermarket in a convenient location, Castle offers a lot of secure, indoor storage spaces. It's clean, easy to access, and well-priced.

I would highly facility recommend Castle self storage to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and a good experience . Prices are great! A 10' x10' with climate control for $99? You can't do better than that.

The manager Paige is awesome. She is so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and easy access. We would recommend this storage facility to our family and friends.

great customer service for a great price

I was greeted and handled very well. Page was such a pleasure to work with. She even showed us to my storage unit and made me at ease through the whole process. The unit and facility if very clean and impressive. I especially would like to comment about the door design. I love how it is unlike other storage facilities where they "roll open" these doors open like regular doors and seem like they would help not to get stuck like the other ones always did. All in all, I am very impressed!!
