What a great experience. Donna was so professional and personable. She exemplifies how customer service should be. You are lucky to have her. She answered all my questions and even provided information I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know I needed. Our unit was clean and there was a welcome tag on the door and a lock inside. The plastic on the lock package was open so we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to figure out how we were going to open it. Such an appreciated thing to do. Overall a great experience thanks to Donna !

Donna was 100% great. She was, and is, very helpful, delivers great Customer support, and is a gem. The facilities are clean and accessible - my only wish (and this is NOT a complaint) is that there were wooden structures as they do not build up heat during the day.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Donna was very welcoming and helpful getting me set up. The facility is easily accessible and very clean and well maintained. There was even a welcome tag on my unit when I started moving in. And- just inside- a welcome package with a top-quality Master lock. I have never had that pleasure in any other facility! So far so good! We were able to set up our account online, register our information which was already received by the space rental location, and finalize our rental agreement onsite. The space was readily accessible with good security measures. I'm confident we made the right choice to store our stuff!

Although not the cheapest game in town, the on-line reservation couldnt have been easier. The follow through of the staff was impressive. Friendly face waiting to check me in, and show me to my unit. Only bad thing... Not sure if it was the packing boxes, or the tape they sold... They were incompatible. it was like they were magnets repelling each other.
