I went to the Kingston facility to check it out, and Josh is a very pleasant manager there, and was very helpful.

I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy with the location of the unit I rented so I figured Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d go in person talk to office and figure out a move etc, weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll My paperwork from the storage says open Monday, Wed and Thursday 9a-5p, weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll although not convenient to leave work and go wed at 11a But I feel better with in person convoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s they canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t blame website or corporate.. Well, CLOSED WHY?? so I call and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m on hold about 22 mins so I opt for a call back Eventually they did And he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the manager I hit button 8 to speak to He was someone sitting across the world just answering the phone.. Well, another day Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not fully moved in because why finish if I can move.. So I left work And not finished making bing in unit On to another unaccomplished day So Disappointed

Great service and experience, quick, easy, and affordable! Storage Unit has some rips in the ceiling other than that very clean.

They have clean dry units without spray insulation falling from rusted ceilings like some facilities. The on-site customer service was friendly and helpful with finding a unit for my needs. The prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.
