The manager was pleasant and very detailed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the first time I drove over to confirm my reservation, the lights were on, but the door was locked and no one was there on a Saturday morning. I don't live in Randolph so it was super inconvenient to have to come back during the week in rush hour. If you need to step away might be worth hanging a sign that says "BRB in 10 mins."

I was able to reserve and secure a storage unit at the last minute. Alex was extremely attentive and ery very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone. The prices were also low.

Alex was my representative for my appointment and was extremely helpful. He was very professional even though the facility was definitely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon and he was trying to help everyone quickly. The facility is clean and climate controlled which is nice. The only bad thing I can say is they definitely need more weekend help and a shredder in the office yo destroy personal documents.

I used Public Storage for two years at this location and had no problems accessing my unit. Customer service is excellent and the location itself is convientint and clean. Shout out to Stephenielee for all her help. She's the greatest!

Alex was very attentive and interested in what my needs were. He showed me two spaces and helped me talk through what my needs were, And my options if the 5x5 was not sufficient once I moved into it. We finished the paperwork quickly and he handed me all the info I needed. Very easy to get what I needed quickly and effectively.
