Most of the time when you use aggregator websites like this one to secure reservations at the site themselves, something gets lost in translation… Not this time! Everything was as represented, and this is a phenomenal facility… And the customer service was fantastic! Full recommendation to both spare foot as a website and walk in closet as a storage facility!

The facility is very clean, well maintained. Good security with coded entry and personal locks for units. Not hard to find on Pacella Drive. Roz is lovely, friendly and helpful.

The lot is spacious and the storage units are actually indoor, which is a huge benefit, not just for weather but security. The customer service was top notch.

Fantastic customer service. The lady in the front was really great finding everything and getting all lined up ready for me to move in. Only bad remark would be that they do not have a fail system/backup battery. I had a flight on the day of the storm and all my equipment was stuck inside and no one to help or assist me. Phone was down, no employee, no emails to give customers update. Because of that, I had to take my flight and move on to option #2 and spend more money renting camera equipment. So all in all, thats the only reason I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give this establishment a full 5 stars.

Watch out when renting based on the description - I rented a 7½' x 13' Unit 1st Floor, Climate Controlled, Outdoor Access unit and when I got there it was a corner unit, the door opened and it was a literal triangle. There is no outdoor access, outdoor access just means you walk into the building from outside. There is a whole separate building that has outside access I had to pay more money to get a comparable unit size, even though I reserved this over 2 months ago at a cheaper rate. They were accommodating and showed me other units but to sell a triangle as a square for storage really soured my experience. The manger couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Such a pleasure. But moving in was horrible. The carts are so small even small dresser doesn't fit resulting in many more trips (and time). But one couldn't use a larger cart because there was only one single elevator. Getting large furniture like a couch was a bear. Awful time - dread moving out!

The woman at the front desk was new and not ready to be on her own yet so I spent about an hour registering my space, a process that should've easily been done in under 5 mins. But,she was VERY apologetic and what she lacked in competency she made up for in friendliness. The facility itself is brand new and very nice.
