They had 1st gave me a 4×6 unit because it was supposed to b 5×6 but there was a pipe going horizontally across the unit. I told them at customer service and they switched it for me but than the one they gave also had it since it was the one next to the original one. So complained once more and finally they got it right. At the right price , right size , and no pipe
