Not only is Uncle Bob's a state of the art facility with motion detecting lighting, brand new EVERYTHING, secure gating and security cameras but it is run by business people. The Suffield CT, Bob's Self Storage on 1395 South Street is operated by businesswoman and manager, Kathleen LaCross. Knowing everything you could possibly need to know and assist you along the way. A delightfully pleasant, intelligent woman. Uncle Bob's is SO secure that I was immediately alerted that I had locked my interior unit, in the OPEN position. Kathleen made me aware and let me know that my unit was being carefully watched. An 'Uncle Bob's Staff Member' doing a ROUTINE door check noticed my 'OOOPS!' . FIRST TIME I used a storage facility and I was picky simply because I have anxiety! ANXIETY FREE STORAGE.......PRICELESS!!!!!!!! My storage needs are handled by Uncle Bob's.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. The store rooms and lot are clean, secure, and well taken care of. Filling out the paperwork and moving in went smoothly and the price for our store room is the lowest in the area!
