Extra Space Storage - 3077 - Feeding Hills - Springfield St

This storage facility has many options to choose from. The manager is incredibly helpful & I would recommend this place to others. Do suggest an inside climate control unit if you are storing furniture, clothing etc

I ordered my unit on line, and it was easy. I went to look at it to make sure the size was appropriate and decided I needed something larger. The staff member was very helpful and pleasant. She found me a larger unit immediately. She was thorough and oriented me with the use of the unique key and gated entrance.

Rates are much higher here than in Indiana. Overall, pretty happy with this place. Kind of a tight spot you gave me, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m willing to put up with it for a better price, which you also gave me.

Very good. Access from outside overhead door, could use some lubing. Would be nice to get senior discount. Price makes a huge difference to someone on a fixed income.

We have just moved in so there isn't much to report. The space was left cleaned out and ready for us to move into. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Only thing is the last row of storage mine 195 is such a tight spot and I have not seen my return for a lock yet

Good experience. The people there were friendly, professional and efficient. Explained everything so there was no confusion. They have a talent for dealing with the customer and making the customer feel comfortable. While moving can be so very stressful, they helped cut down on the stress by making this part of storage and getting a truck for a move very easy.

She explained the rental agreement/contract in detail and made the entire process simple, quick & seemless. With my work schedule, I especially like the 24 hour access to my unit. I also really appreciate the luxury of having 24 hour access to my unit as my work is during strange hours. I am extremely pleased with my unit and all customer service interactions that were had.

I didn't like the manager who didn't really explain for the collison insurance fro renting thrir truck for a few hours. Thus I got ripped off.
