Public Storage - Enfield - 115-D Elm Street

I have moved in. Set up online / via phone call

A little hard to find the place, need signs in shopping center but other than that everything was really good, easy, clean,great price for the size of storage.bathroom was out of order not great but McDonald's was close.

They also don't change light bulbs in your unit. I have to borrow a ladder from the office and change the light bulb yourself. They provide the light bulb which is a good thing. They should pay attention to detail when some one moves out of a unit and address these concerns. Renters pay rent and these things should be taken care of by the storage site manager. They should also get a snow plow contractor to Shovel in front of the units. The contractor they have also should do a better job snow plowing the storage facility. They should remove the piles of snow at the storage facility. The road ways of the storage facility still had snow on them. They should come back and salt the road ways of the storage facility.

The unit had a lot of cobwebs and leaves in it but other than that it's fine. I wish they could hold pricing for 6 months or longer to keep customers.

My husband and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t unlock the unit, we started questioning if itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the right unit. The office was closed. JC helped us even though heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s sick not working for the day. He made a phone call for us. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so cold, he only wore a T-shirt outside to help. Heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s awesome! He has helped us many times, always nice and patient. He definitely deserves a five stars.

I needed to move my best friends items from his apt into a storage unit. I am not from the Enfield area so I looked on line for storage places to see how much and where they were. I came across Public Storage on Elm St in Enfield. I spoke to JC. There are not enough kind words in the English language to describe my opinion about JC. He has the best personality for that position. He was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my story about my friend and even helped me find someone to move the items. JC is an asset to that Public Storage facility on Elm in Enfield. JC definitely made my life easier during that difficult time I was going through. "Thank you' JC. You are the BEST !!!

I have been a long time customer of Public Storage in a few states but i never had so much help like i got in the storage location in Enfield CT run by Ashlea she was terrific in helping me out with a long and terrible move from Florida, she was terrific and understanding i got to give her 10 stars if possible keep up the great job Ashlea!!

Great Customer Service!!! Came in early Saturday morning looking for pricing and Desiray was very cheerful and helpful. The office was filled with customers, but she still greeted us with a smile and told my mother and I she will be right with us. She was very friendly while showing us spaces and answered all of our questions. She even went above and beyond with showing us items and giving advice on how to protect our things while in storage. Will absolutely be back in a Augs to rent from this facility. Thank you Desiray.

Have been to several storage facilities over the years and I have to say this Public Storage was the best. Clean surroundings, great staff, very helpful, everything was A! I'm recommending this Public Storage to all my CT friends!

I love Public Storage - the units & property are always clean & the staff is always friendly. Today I met with Teresa, on the coldest morning so far this year, and she was friendly, patient, very accommodating. She explained everything very clearly & answered all of my questions. Would recommend them highly!
