A little more then I wanted to spend but is easy to access and plenty of space for what I need it for.

They hold your items where you are unable to go and get them and remove them from their facility! You pay for units you are unable to use! Awful awful!

After several months of a non working elevator we are still paying for a unit that we can not 1. Put anything else in or 2. Take it out and get the out of there as soon as we can! We are having to pay for something we can not use because of their faulty equipment. They refuse to work to help us cancel our agreement, they refuse to refund or negotiate a lesser rent for the time (ALMOST A YEAR!!!!) where they apparently are too stupid to call a repair company and get it fixed! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s absolutely absurd to have an agreement for a unit and they are not holding up their end of the bargain and once again it isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t weeks we are going on a year!!! Please stay away from this fraudulent company!

This business is my launch pad for the second half of my life. There is so much in turmoil now after losing my wife to cancer. Everything needs to go into storage and I don't know where it'll go next, since I'm unemployed and don't have enough money to purchase a house. So, it's all going into cold storage for a while. Too painful to go through all her things now. We'll see in a few years.

Great place that is easy to get to, just unfortunately it's very busy. When you can get space make sure to give them time to check you in.

Code access to get in - more secure. Located nearby. A little bit pricy, but worth it to get a climate controlled unit.

Students' dorm / kitchen stuff can be packed into plastic totes and boxes and put into the corner of the garage for the summer. The 5' x 5' unit provides just that perfect corner for a reasonable $60/month. Prices for periferals also very reasonable (lock, insurance), unlike many other places that mark up such items significantly. Just like the corner of the garage, there were a few spider webs, leaves in the unit. I did wish there was a broom near by. Security rated lower - one of the gates was not working, and remained open during the night. I took a load after dark, and did make mental note that I was in a rremote outdoor corner of the facility with no lighting by my unit. Other than the open gate, which I assume will be addressed, I had no reason to feel specifically unsafe.

When i walked into the office i was happily greeted with a smile from donovan. Although he seemed quite busy that day we still managed to get the paperwork done fairly quick. As i was doing ny paperwork the phone rang and he was polite enough to ask me if it was alright he answered it. And there was also an older gentleman there and while donovan was finalizing the paperwork the older man kept me busy with a friendly conversation. That always does the trick! Thank you all for your great service

I went online & obtained the information before calling then going to the facility. The staff welcomed me . There was a price difference from what I was quoted on-line bas a drive to , for the price they did have available but on the second floor. That was unfortunate but I couldn't waste time and it was within what I was looking to spend. Plus I felt the second floor was an even more secure location. I completed the paperwork and was explained the insurance & monthly cost. Another member showed me the location which was a nice touch and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience . I did notice a tear in the ceiling which I informed the gentleman who showed the where it was. He wasn't concerned but I wanted to mention it again as I don't want to b accountable for something I didn't do. Regards,

I moved to this storage unit because of an ongoing problem at a different facility; this place is great! They really took the time to make sure that I had what I needed at the right price, and when an issue arose, they were totally on the ball about it. They also have very affordable prices-I wish I had chosen them to begin with. Though the security is a little overly protective, I feel this is the perfect example of how a storage unit should be. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Near College of the Holy Cross so it was convenient for storage of dorm stuff.
