Miguel was very helpful. Facility is in basement of an old mill, with stairs and ramps which limit ease of access, but is clean and new with good lighting and climate control

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s good for the money But I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like that I have pipes in my unit and that I have to go up stairs to drop off my stuff especially if Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving in furniture and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get anyone to help me with the lock and where the unit was.

We found Angel to be very helpful. He provided great information and suggestions but wasn't at all pushy. He helped us to select the appropriate sized unit and suggested purchasing bags to wrap mattresses. I can see where a ramp is impossible on the larger set of stairs but it would be extremely helpful if the smaller set of steps to the second level were were a ramp.
