Based on other storage facilities in the immediate area, Uncle Bob's has by far the best rates and service. After a mix up with the FREE, that's right, Free rental truck on move in day! Shawn, the Manager went out of his way to provide a truck and even credit me the $30.00 I had to pay for extra help. Great job guys Ann
