We went in yesterday for a small unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m horrible with dimensions and what will fitﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ. Soon looking at the unit even I knew it was too small. We went to the office and Michelle was very friendly and upgraded us to a 10x10. I left happy. Came in today with my husband and he said no way!!! Too small. I went to the office and was glad to see Michelle again. She walked me thru upgrading again, we ended up going much larger. She was very knowledgeable and sweet!!! Thank you Michelle for helping me both days!!!!

I reserved an outdoor parking space for my car, and to be clear, I have NOT moved in yet, but I have had to call a few times to make some adjustments to my rental timeline and had a few questions to properly prepare to store my car, and all my calls and interactions have been handled very well so far. I am looking forward to dropping off my car in a couple of weeks.

clean storage easy to find was asked for registration for unit stored even though it says no registration required even though provided bill of sale and proof of insurance which is all that was written i needed to bring in.
