The employee at the the Storage facility was friendly, helpful and did a very though job of going through the rules and regulations as well as getting through the paperwork process necessary to rent the unit. Upon completion of that process, he made sure I knew how to get to my unit, which was clean and looked almost new.

Check was in very friendly and accommodating, i forgot my AAA membership number on my desk at work but staff allowed me to proceed with my remtal. I was allowed to fax on my membership the next morning.

I needed to rent a storage unit from afar and needed a truck for my son to use (neighborhood mileage) Jill provided all I needed quickly and in time frame I needed. ( Not on a time frame of their choosing as two other area storage rental units attempted with my situation. ) The location I needed did not have the size I needed but they accommodated me more than adequately. Jill and her team provided my family heirloom a safe home with a transaction that was seamless. Seamless rarely happens in our worldly transactions, especially from afar. I would not hesitate a blink of an eye to give them an email or call for your storage/moving needs.
