No one was there when I arrived . Had to soon line . I was called twice . They didn’t know what was what either. Having to enter code so many times was a pain

Awesome movers. Great service at the facility.

Two days in and we already got a call from security to remind us that we forgot to slide the deadbolt before locking the door! We appreciate the Great attention to security and the ease of getting to our unit. Brian was very helpful with all our questions and quite knowledgeable about the myriad of options and details.

The unit was spacious enough and well cleaned. The employee at the help desk was very polite and helping. The facility was simply laid out and my unit was easy to find. Altogether, for what I got the price was decent

They show great care when holding your stuff. It is a very secure facility.

Efficient and clean facilities

This was my first experience with a storage unit and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff member (Brandon) was very helpful and informative and even pushed his lunch break back a few minutes to help my partner and me out. The unit was clean, and we were given keypad access to the gate and the elevator so we could load stuff in within 15 minutes of getting there. There are several loading dock positions to back a truck or car up to, and carts to help move things to and fro. Great place.

I reserved online and Bryon from the facility called me to confirm within 30 mins of making reservation. He was kind and friendly and super helpful. I felted comfortable and safe at the site canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t enter or leave gate without pin!

The unit is greater than I expected, it exceeds my expectations.

I was impressed that someone from the onsite office called to remind me about my reservation ahead of time and check if the date was still good for me - and worked with me since I was going to be a day late, calling to follow up with me the next morning as well. Service was extremely friendly and had a personal touch, and the office was very clean and professionally kept. I will definitely recommend this place.

We just moved our overflow items to the facility. Was very clean - easy to navigate to unit. Manager was very helpful.

I came in grumpy and left considerably placated. Thankfully, most of what I need is sorted out, and the on site manager dealt admirably with my agitation when I arrived.

As far as unit storage managers goes, the manager provided outstanding customer service by treating me like an important client. She should know that she is appreciated.

I rented a small outdoor unit that I'm using as overflow during the move between two houses. The rental was very easy to set up, and Eric and Amanda in the office were extremely cordial and professional working with me when I arrived. While I'm not currentlyvrenting an indoor climate controlled unit I was shown one and they're very nice. I'm very impressed with the facility and its management and would use it again in the future.

The facility is very clean and secure. It looks to be run very well by management. I would recommend this facility.

Good space, a little pricey

Would've been helpful if I'd known ahead of time that I needed proof of insurance. Had to get my agent to fax copy of it which added to the time frame of checking in. Otherwise it went smoothly.

It went well. I went the day before my move, and moved in the next day with no problems.

Manager Jonathan was very helpful, assisting and knowledgable. It was a good experience.

Excellent service and facilities the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Only problem is the timing on the elevator doors, they close far too quickly to allow loading of multiple carts.

The place is super clean, and easy to access even the second floor by elevator. I had to unexpectedly move over a holiday when we were having a family emergency. I got online, and found the rates reasonable, and the site seemed to be the most straight forward about fees. There were no surprises. I was a bit frustrated to find there was a required insurance fee, but it was not ambiguous like some "lowest price" storage units, and I had the option to show proof of insurance. The rate is reasonable regardless. I was so tired that day, not really sure what size to get, and the representative did a great job of weighing out the options with me.

We used Annapolis Self Storage to store my son's furniture while he was between apartments. Recommended them to my mother who used a unit while she downsized to a smaller house. Staff is increadibly pleasant and helpful.

This was my first time in a while ,using a storage facility and I had my concerns ; Eric Menke the manager was very helpful and professional and showed me the perfect unit for my needs. The paperwork was a brezze and I received a "veterans" discount in addition to the very reasonable internet rate. Thanks Annapolis Self-Storage ,I will pass the word on.
