We went to Public Storage on 1904 West Street, Annapolis MD, to rent a space for our son, who is at United States Naval Academy. Laurie was very helpful and went over everything with us. Since it's our son's first year, Laurie shared her past experience on the amount of storage space is needed for a midshipman. She gave us a tour and went over how to go about to access the rented space. The facility is very nice and clean! Thank you Laurie! We also want to thank Kris who was also helpful during our phone conversation prior to visiting the facility and signed up for the space.

Kris was beyond wonderful the entire process from my initial phone call all the way through my rental of a unit. She explained everything so it was easy to understand, and although during my office visit she had several customers to juggle I did not feel for a second like I was not her only customer. She is professional yet personable, patient and understanding, and really made a hectic situation in my life more pleasant. The facility is well maintained, clean, and I do not have a concern about the safety of my belongings.

Our guide was excellent. We DID get the code. It was attached to the invoice. You are always our first choice.

I had a great experience with both staff members who helped with my move-in. They were kind and helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility was in great shape also!

So I was in the other day looking for a place to store my stuff while I get ready for a move and while I was there Milly was the biggest help I could imagine. She gave me the best customer service, gave me tips on how to use packing supplies to maximize my usage of the space. She was professional but fun and upbeat at the same time. Very much appreciated from the other places I went where the employees weren't thrilled about their job. I will highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I would just like to say that Millie is always very professional. I always get greeted with a smile and helped promptly. Also the property is always clean.

Millie and Christine were both EXTREMELY kind, considerate, and helpful throughout our entire rental time. The Annapolis location is always clean too. Very cleaned storage place. They normally stay pretty full. The staff here are very nice. I've been a customer for a while. They are always helpful when I have any questions. I'm definitely happy here.

Millie runs the place well.
