I went to this location several times over a two week period trying to get my reservation taken care of. They didn't have internet access to input anything into their system, find available units for rent. It was very frustrating!! Their phone system, during this same time also had issues, so you couldn't call to confirm anything. The only reason I continued with the reservation was the price, which was much cheaper than any other facility with the same size unit. Parking is tight near the loading docks. Personnel working this facility are nice. From what I've seen the location is clean.

I am glad to find this storage. A few reasons why I am writing this review: 1. Great customer service. Kim (and another person whom I forgot his name) were very helpful, friendly, and effective. 2. It took less than 10 minutes before I get my key to my storage. 3. The price is better than other storage in the area. I recommend this storage place.

The agents were friendly and helpful. They made check-in a friendly experience. I was doing the paper work and my movers were directed to unit and were unloading before I finished with at the office. The facility was easy to navigate and the elevator going right to the floor from the un loading dock was a breeze for my movers. The unit was easy to find, clean and had good lighting.

Good people. Great price. Old bldg provides historic atmosphere, but no problems there. Advice: They don't pretend to be 24 hour, so it's best to make sure your schedule fits their hours, considering that morning/evening rush hours are in the same mix. Our needs and times of entry fit well, and we love the price, two freight elevators, and undercover loading/unloading.

I had to speak to Allister regarding the smell on the first floor while moving in. I don't like that there is no place to put trash and that it is not properly lit.

The price was right and the ability to drive inside the building to load/unload/park is a downtown plus, solving weather and parking issues in a safe area. Six floors, two elevators to avoid congestion, and helpful staff. Traffic and convenient location offset each other for me, so I try to find non- rush hour times to gain advantage. Once a flour mill, the old, wooden floors add some benign bumpiness as you wheel your possessions to serve their banishment on a street called Pleasant.

Staff were VERY thorough in explaining the terms and conditions, and even showed me multiple units so that I could decide which would work best for me and my situation. Small, old, holes in the floors. The elevators require a code, but doesn't allow you enough time to actually load your things onto it, before it closes on you, requiring you to re-enter the code. I booked the unit because of the cheap pricing, so you def get what you pay for.

Front desk customer service top-drawer and accommodating. Large move-in "pressed the envelope" but Sue went over the top to accommodate our move-in. Facility has vintage wood floors in the storage rooms, excellent ground level lift to the elevator level, and good access to the storage areas, once you learn the sequence of entering codes and pushing elevator buttons! I would highly recommend the Baltimore facility for price, great customer service, and good storage facilities. So glad I move here from other more "sterile" locations. This has character!

I relocated to Maryland and needed to store my items. Price is reasonable but service was lacking. The manager Rich was inconsiderate and slow with paperwork which caused my move-in to take longer than expected. Then he fussed about how long it took to move in after hours which he said was ok at first. How can you rush a customer to move in without furniture dollies available. He held auction same day and many customers were moving recently purchased items out which left no dollies available to use. I will keep my items there for a few months but will not recommend due to lack of professionalism by manager/owner.
