Prime Storage - Baltimore - 3220 Wilkens Ave

I JUST WANT TO SAY,I WAS HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME TRYING TO GET MY BILL CORRECTED,I RECEIVED 1 BILL AMOUNT WHEN I CHECKED IT....DUE ON A CERTAIN DAY...SO I WENT TO PAY THAT DAY,IT WAS AN ISSUE,MY OTHER BILL HAD ADDED SO NOW THEY COULD NOT TAKE THE AMOUNT THAT I HAD,I EITHER HAD TO PAY 75% OF THE WHOLE THING OR PAY THE AMOUNT I HAD,BUT THEN I WOULD HAVE 72HRS TO VACATE.....I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE TO TAKE BACK...AND I DID ON THAT DAY,I WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO SPEAK WITH G.M THEN I WOULD GET A CALL BACK BY END OF DAY...NO CALL YES I KNOW LIFE HAPPENS,SO IDK WHAT HAPPENED BUT I DID NOT WANT TO KEEP LETTING DAYS GO BY AS IF,I WAS NOT TRYING TO PAY MY BILL ,EVERYTIME I CALLED BACK IIT....OK ANYWAYS I WAS CALLING,WAS TOLD I WOULD BE RECEIVING CALL WAS TOLD SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME...THIS WENT ON FOR 2DAYS,SO I WENT THERE,THE OFFICE WAS OPEN BUT LOCKED,SO I CALLED SPOKE WITH SOMEONE TOLD THEM THE SITUATION,WAS TOLD A G.M WOULD BE CALLING ME,NEVER CALLED ...I WAITED ABOUT 30mins THEN I CALLED BACK,EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AGAIN,HE SAID" YOU OUTSIDE NOW?" I SAID YES,HE THEN LET ME IN,HE BEING JOHNATHAN ,YES HE WAS AMAZINGLY PROFESSIONAL,UNDERSTOOD MY CONCERNS..I SHOWED HIM MY BILL INFORMATION THAT CAME TO ME WITH THE DUE DATE I RECEIVED...HE CONFIRMED,EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS,HELPED ME GET MY ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING SO I WOULD NOT LOOSE MY BELONGINGS,JOHNATHAN MAY FEEL LIKE IT WAS JUST ANOTHER WORK DAY ,BUT HE TRULY DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH HIS HELP AND POLITENESS MEANT TO ME AS A CUSTOMER.....HE HANDLE HIS SELF VERY WELL IN A STRESSFUL SITUATION...NOT ONLY WAS HE AT THE OFFICE ALONE,BUT HE WAS MANAGING 2 STORES ALONE AS WELL...APOLOGIES FOR THE LONG POST ,JUST WANTED TO GIVE INSIGHT OF SITUATION,I TRULY APPRECIATE JOHNATHAN...THE SPACE I HAVE IS VERY SPACIOUS,IT WAS CLEAN ,YOU HAVE DRIVE UP TO ACCESS,BEEN WITH THEM ABOUT 4MOS NOW,JUST MAKE SURE IF YOU CAN...THAT YOU PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME...JOHNATHAN'S WORK ETHNIC IS IMPECCABLE,I CAN SEE THAT JUST FROM HIS GREETING,BODY LANGUAGE!

My unit was changed from C008 to C009 and when the unit was unlocked it was dirty. Looked like dried vomit was in the inside of the door. I will not continue to lease this storage unit next month and will look for another storage facility in October.

I like this facility, although it should allow me to have access at night.

They took the time to make sure that everything looks great here. It's easy to use. Great access. Great price.

The staff here is the best. They were so friendly and showed me right to my unit. Last storage I used were not so friendly and I had to find my unit myself. Prime storage answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I think I will enjoy working with this company.

The lady in the office was VERY nice and helpful. I have a 32 ft RV and rented a 40 ft space - should be sufficient. But no - anther track was half way into my spot!! The road to the spot (and back) is quite narrow in some places, hilly with turns. The spot assigned to me was the last in a raw with other tracks. The track in the spot ahead of mine was half into my spot (he had no choice the track ahead of his was also half on his spot). I was told I could park past my spot as well. However being the last in that raw right at the turn to that area will guarantee another car/track to hit my RV. Terrible spot, terrible policy allowing vehicles to spill over to parking spots that are not theirs.

Not only was the manager Stephen polite professional and funny but he was also very adamant in fixing our unit who's prior owner left majority of their personal items in there so he cleaned it out as quickly as he could while other customers were there that he had to help amongst other things since it was just him working so I would say I would give barefoot definitely five stars and recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs storage units thanks again Steven.

This was a wonderful experience. I want online and Reserve to space when I got there they was ready. Show me the unit came inside took about 10 minutes did the paperwork. I load my things in and I left. They were very professional very polite everything was easy everything was nice and clean. And a wonderful price also. I recommend if anybody need a storage area this is the place to go.

There are two Prime Storage installations within 3 blocks on Wilkens Ave. This is the one at Caton Ave. I had reserved 10x10 and paid, using Spare Foot online. Stephan called immediately from Prime to say "Hi" and offer assistance. When I arrived, we talked, and I found a better fit would be a 5x5. He quickly and correctly changed my internet error into what I actually needed. He let my workers load the unit while we went to the office for this. Pleasant, efficient, economical. I'm satisfied.
