Rays, open gates not locked, no lights. Increase retal twice a much within 3 months, for storage fees, told first month free but still paid 80$ to mo e in and had to buy my own lock, first time experience I'm afraid mice or rated arr going to eat and lay babies in my things. Gotta sell what I can and clean out as soon as I can this is crazy.

Price was great and management just as good!

My experience while purchasing the unit was overall professional and courteous.

Clearly they need more help. They had one person running two locations. The person who assisted me was awesome, but you can tell she was overwhelmed at the moment.

Everything Was Excellent!!! The Staff was superb. I loved that I was able to set my own PIN code for the access gate. I have NO complaints whatsoever.

Easy and simple process from beginning to actually moving in to your unit.

I would recommend this facility to a friend. This storage is clean, tidy and peaceful.

When I arrive to the storage unit it was locked with a blue tag on the door. I had to find a tool to remove the tag and clean the unit out. The unit was full of someone else's personal things a bare mattress and about three or four dead mice.

Awful experience. I was put into a unit with a broken door. I had no choice but to put my stuff in there. I Paid for 24/7 access and code did not work when I went to drop off my stuff. No one even called me to tell me when the lock was fixed when I requested it and I was offered no money off.

Should be more informative concerning insurance options..

Moved into a 4ft x 4ft unit. Wanted to put an item that I'd 44 inches (3ft 8inches) wide into it and the unit is 2 inches too small. Essentially not 4x4 buy rather 3.5ft x 3.5ft.

Unit was a good size, I enjoy the independency I get.

My neice was looking for me and the front desk went out of her way to find us.

It's a nice facility, very secure and the prices are excellent. The receptionists are always nice and keep you informed of whatever changes come up.

They do exhibit good storage methods and practices.

The customer service patient, very helpful, is very common and helping us find the next storage.

The overall measurements are not what it is supposed to be they are off by more than a foot and should be discounted

I paid for a year, but was charged for upcoming fees. Very unfair.

It took a bit of hunting to locate this facility as it is behind a shopping strip and the only access is a side road next to a stop-light controlled intersection. However, once there, all gets good. The facility is dated, but quite clean and seems to be very secure. The price is very competitive. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. The only thing that keeps it from being a full five-star for me is the office hours. They open at 10:00a.m; I'd rather they opened at 8:00a.m.

I have been renting here for years. Every year the price keeps going up. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s starting to out price the worth.

My 10x20 and 6x10? Is smaller than rented space specs By more than a foot Plus secured fence has been broken and left unsecured 90% of the time since I been renting the space and should get a discount

I was assign a unit that leaks. The leaks damaged some of my property. I called to complain and request another unit and was promised a call back. However, no one called back and it's been 3 weeks. Also, the security gate has not functioned for at least 3 weeks and anyone can walk in.
