I was surprised buy two things: The very fast opening gate, AND the very clean grounds, and bright and clean inside of the building. This is a MUCH CLEANER facility than Public Storage down the street both inside and outside. Also the gate opens lightning fast. I do wish the gates had a vehicle motion sensor for when you are leaving, but understand the security reasons for having to input the code in to exit as well. Staff is very helpful as well! Overall, glad I chose this facility right now!

I have a storage unit in Tewksbury, MA, I just helped my husband rent a unit in Baltimore and Prime Storage is the only storage company that allowed me to register on line and finish up in person. The whole process took very little time to finish. The staff, mainly Stephen, proved to be above and beyond helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of renting.

This facility is minutes away from our home and the size of the spaces are affordable. I would recommend it to anyone and to also say that it is free from roaches and mice and other vermin. Very clean

Customer service was great but trying to get your furniture in the inside storage unit is hectic. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit my sofa in the 5x15 unit because the hallway and the doorway was too small so I had to switch to an outside unit but customer service was great.
