My daughter and I was stuck in the elevator. The call button was not working. Even if the the office was open, there was no way of reaching them. Our cell phones could not get any reception. Eventually the lights went out and we sat there praying that someone would hear us as we banged on tge door. Finally someone someone hit the button downstairs and the elevator moved down. Please service your elevators and make sure there is away to contact someone if it iget stuck again

It was cool, clean, and easy to navigate. Very secure . Only issue is there was no carts available to help me move. So I had to log multiple trips up the elevator! Please get more carts . Other customers are selfishly placing them in their units the staff woman said

Since Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been here the exit door has been broke the first time I found out no one was in the office to explain how to get out. I believed I was trapped in the building and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fathom why no one would be on the desk or answer the phones. I recently broke my mirror off my vehicle trying to exit the entry door while another customer whas blocking the entrance. I appreciate the price and the location is not bad but the customer service is horrible. No exit door in over a month and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m stuck with a costly repair bill for my vehicle.
