Public Storage - Baltimore - 1701 Whitehead Road

Codes and locks were provided without issue. Space was extremely clean! No dust mites on the ceiling as is the norm in some other facilities. I was really impressed by how smooth everything went. I didn’t need to get assistance from the admin on site.

I just started moving in, but everything has been great so far. The price was the best I found in the area and the customer service team has been proactive to communicate with me and responsive when I need anything from them.

Good price, clean facilities, dollies always available, and strategically placed surveillance cameras. What more can one expect from a storage facility?

My move in experience was seamless. The staff was extremely professional and made the process very smooth. Lastly, the attention to social distancing and wearing a mask and gloves was done very well.

Vanessa will aid in many ways to satisfy or please the customer to the best of her ability every time. I believe she is a good host and manager of the Public Storage facility, and think she deserves a pay raise.

A few more flat bed carts would be helpful. Otherwise the facility is well-maintained and convenient to use

I booked online for a better deal, in which I'm glad I did because I found out that I was actually getting a great deal booking online than in store. Once I got there, I was a couple minutes late to my reservation and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me even tho there was other patrons there. I was amazed at the customer service. Once you get on the property it so quiet and peaceful, it's like you leave the real world for a second and enter storage land.. lol. I had an outside unit which was amazing it was available after hours and u could drive right up to your locker. I would definetly recommend !

My experience with Public Storage has been by far the most superb services I have received. The representative (Ashley), that serviced me was very professional and knowledgable of all of the services; from the truck rental, to supplies I needed, and to showing me one of the storgage properties.

Because I have so much stuf and am in the process of moving to a new home, I found that I needed to temporarily utilize a storage unit. Well needless to say, Public Storage offered the best deal of the 3 or 4 places I checked out online. Not only that, the site manager, Vanessa, at the location I'm using, is so knowledgeable and extremely professional yet very personable that I would direct ALL of my friends there should they have a storage space need.

So happy I chose Public Storage. Staff is professional & courteous. I'm satisfied with my unit & cost & the convenient location. If I need storage in future, I'd use this one again.

Ms. Vanessa at the Whitehead location took the time to show me the unit size I reserved, explained their recommended policy of having two locks and assured me there were cameras throughout the building. Her pleasant demeanor, attention to detail and honesty about the facility made me feel like Public Storage not only was at a perfect location for me, but that my belongings would be safe.
