Good customer service, however the storage unit itself was not very clean and has a weird smell. I had to cover some of my items so that they don't get bedbugs.

I'm a return the from years ago. Syreeta was very attentive to my needs and got me in a space that worked for my needs and offered products to protect my things. I enjoyed the conversation and the service was great. I preferred and recommend this location even though it was not close to me.

I have been renting here a while and I have no complaints! The service is always excellent. Syreeta is awesome, she always give great customer service she is attentive to your needs and goes above and beyond for you. The new guy Montreal is very helpful and polite. Can't go wrong with them.

We checked in to our storage unit a couple of days ago and the check in was smooth and easy. The staff called ahead of time to confirm when we wanted to move in and they were pleasant and professional. When we arrived to access our unit, the on site staff was friendly and knowledgeable and just plain fun. Our unit was clean and well lit and as described. We left with a good understanding of the prices and policies. I would rent there again.

Staff went above n beyond to help me. I was in a jam and Syreeta was locking up to go home for the evening. She unlocked and stayed to help me. Explained everything to me and offered the best rates for what I needed. I would definitely recommend them.
