Rented online, everything was completely ready for me when I got there. No muss no fuss. The manager was great!!

I feel safe with my furniture in this unit! ...otherwise great, and customer service by will was friendly and complete. We arrived a bit late, but he still cheerfully checked us in and went comprehensively through details.

My experience with Public Storage at 4343 York Road was outstanding. The person that assisted me was Shanice and she was courteous, helpful, and very professional. My son and I had some hiccups with the card being forgotten and then my having to actually drive to the office, however the interaction with Shanice mad the journey well worth it. And aside from not being able to locate a dolly the space I reserved via online was more than enough space. Also the rental and insurance was most definitely in my budget. I like to save money and I saved a lot at Public Storage!!!

I was very happy that the young man helped me to get a bigger unit for less money made the experience a great one. i appreciate what happen and the nice way that it was done. i was happy with the result.

The whole process of renting a storage unit was simple and efficient with Public Storage on York Rd. We needed storage last minute to move my daughter out of her college and they were able to accommodate us. The on-site manager (Will) was pleasant, friendly and really good at his job. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at Public Storage on York Rd in Baltimore. Jaquan was really really helpful and took care of us through the whole process. He checked up on us during our move-in and made sure all was well.

The storage area needs more lighting because it gets very dim in some areas of the building.

Erica was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant and very customer service oriented and she me and my husband experience a great 1.

Beware. They can increase your monthly fee significantly without any warning. I checked with many friends who have used storage facilities for years and never had an increase or if so maybe $5 but not $30 after only 6 months. It is outrageous. Still Beware. But they were helpful in dealing with management and reduced the increase to $10 for which I am grateful and still a customer.

The property manager Erica was awesome. Answered all questions. A very welcoming person. The experience went smoothly and quicker than what I thought.

Reception is amazing. The staff is kind and helpful. They made the entire process less stressful. The units are cozy and cool. Great for short term storage needs.

The gates lock at 7:30pm, it doesn't give very much time to access after I get off work. The facility is fairly clean, however there is evidence of mice.

The experience was okay,the time to open a new account took a little longer than expected. I selected your location because of the signs listed outside of your business. (First month $1) but there was no units avalible for that price. Did receive half of monthly rate.

I had an excellent experience with Public Storage. Its employees and facilities were both great.

It was easy to set up and I had no trouble loading in or out. I wish there were more dollies available, and they were open a bit later. Would have made the experience even more convenient.

When attending college orientation in June, we brought a carload of dorm items so we would have less to move in August. We used Public Storage for 2 months - and it has been great. Reservation and arrival was easy and on-site manager/rep was helpful and friendly, showing us the storage space prior to signing on. Location is close to campus. Just a few carts on site, but it was always there when we needed one. We'll check out next week, so I can't comment on leaving yet. We will probably leave large items in storage again next summer.
