Rented an outdoor unit for vehicle storage. The location was perfect for me, which is why I went with this facility. The price is a bit higher than I would have liked to spend, for a space that such low maintenance. However, that's more of a personal issue. The unit was generally clean with the exception of the normal cobwebs and dust - typical for a storage unit. The slide lock mechanism was a bit damaged, so initially getting into the unit was difficult until I learned it's specific "quirk" to get it open smoothly. Ultimately I think 3.5/5 is a fair rating. Not terrible, but not fantastic either.

Gladly! Ms. Chanel at the Putty Hill facility was excellent. She's extremely personable to exactly what you need. Ms. Chanel made this difficult transition pleasant. I have a will continue to recommend everyone to your Putty Hill storage facility Sorry the first one star post was incorrect. If you had 10 stars Ms. Chanel would receive them.

everything looks good so far. the walls could be finished and the light switch box could be mounted better. still yet to be seen is how weather proof the unit is..

When I made the online reservation, it was a promotion. Said one time 24.99 fee and first month was $1. So that's what I'm expecting. When I got there, I was told I must purchase insurance on the unit for an additional $11. Not terrible just wish that was broken down when I made the reservation. It said total cost to move in was$25 but it was $36.

My husband came and rented a unit on Monday the Manager Chanel was amazing and very professional. She made sure we had everything we need and answered all our question keep up the great job and I will definitely recommend this store to my family and Friends.

Chanel is very polite and very helpful I came in with no idea of how a storage place works she made it so easy to talk to and made it very easy to understand. I will be back next month with my sister to rent a unit. I will let everyone know that public storage on7 Wever Rd has the best property manager

My only complaint is that the unit I have used to be two 5x5's and is now a 10x10, and it has two doors which I didn't notice until I actually started moving stuff in. When I called to inquire I was told that I have to pay for two locks on a storage unit that I did not pick out. I feel this is unfair to a consumer who already paid $20 dollars for a lock from public storage. I was never told by the associate that the unit had to doors. Also when I placed my reservation online it stated an outside unit but of course I got an inside unit.

I have never rented a storage unit before in my life. Ms.Chanel(manager 7 wever rd) was awesome! she helped me with every single thing I needed and had absolutely no problem answering my questions or repeating things to me for better understanding. I also like the fact she makes courtesy calls to remind her customers about their payments. I will definitely keep this location in mind shall I ever need another storage unit.

Public Storage on 7 Weaver RD is wonderful, Chanel who works there and takes care of you is even better! We used Public Storage the last time we lived in Baltimore and it was very nice, safe, and clean. Now moving back we looked around and ended up choosing them again, and very happy we have. Chanel has take care of us, answered all questions and made us feel great about the move in. It could not have been a better experience, she is super friendly. After days of calling movers and storage places, she has made all the difference in chaotic times. Thank you so much!!!!

I highly recommend this facility. The live in manager was very pleasant and helpful. I can't remember her name. She was very knowledgeable and took me to see both 5x5 and 5x10 unit so I could physically see the space before I made my decision.

My only issue is at the front gate. The key pad inside and outside of the gate are so close to the gate that I have to exit my car, type it in the code and then drive in/out. The key pad going into 7 Wever Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21236 location is missing print on the key pad. The manager is aware of this as I had a walk through and had to be told what key was what. The * and # are totally missing.

It really was an easy, fast experience. You could schedule your appt with the manager almost any day any time within their hours of operation. You can choose auto pay or pay as you go. We now have 2 units and it is so easy to get in and out.
