Strange location by appointment only but the service was good.

Pretty good nice size good elevators freindly staff.

I received all of my information electronically, and my pass code the day of move in. But the great part was, the counter person was the Most professional young man. He had me follow him to the units, made sure I received my information and instructions on getting into the facility. His tone was so comforting and professional. He really left a positive and lasting impression.

Just like the cable company you have to always be switching to keep inexpensive pricing.

Needed new storage facility as old one was hard to access and too expensive. This new facility already seems like a step in the right direction. So far, the customer service has been quite satisfactory and respectful. I got a good deal on a unit that meets my needs, and I can easily gain access as needed. Very happy so far.

NO thrilled with have to get out of my vehicle to enter/leaving the gated community. Also the open ceiling make me wonder about the security of my items.

Overall the storage facility is fine. Its secured but the fact that the carts are locked is ridiculous. You have to get back in the car and drive to the office to request a key. So that means if you go to your unit before or after hours, you cant get a cart! Its ridiculous!

Everything involved in getting unit from online reservation and payment to puuting my lock on went amazingly well. HASSLE FREE!

The facility is very clean. Oh my questions were answered the staff is very friendly and everything was explained completely. Rob is the manager and he will take care of you.

Nothing but great customer service from the team. Rob showed great leadership skills as he helped throughout the whole process. Both team members there were awesome support. Very patient and understanding. The team will make sure you get what you need instead of trying to just push you into a unit for a mark up price. This particular site has the most helpful staff. They are very willing to assist. I tip my hat and give my appreciation to the manager Keith. He has the most patient demeanor when being asked a multitude of questions. I come to the site to pay my bill in store and I notice everyone gets the same attention. This gentleman really knows customer service. I had questions regarding a rental increase which I just couldn't understand. I questioned having to keep the insurance which he made me understand was required. After the explanation he advised me of another option,to contact my insurance company to see if there is a clause for coverage of a rental unit. PERFECT!!!! He didn't let me leave unhappy and with an option that may benefit me. I really appreciate him. I was addressed and treated like I mattered. Thank you Keith

We were road weary and in kind of a hurry when we showed up to Public Storage on Kent Ave in Catonsville, MD. Cassandra was efficient, friendly, wuick and funny! She answered all of our questions, and even drove over with us to show us the space and where the carts were. Very wonderful lady!

When I reserved this space I had no ideas of how big it was. After I started my moved, I didn't know how much I collected over the years. I like the inside storage units better than the instead of the outside storage mainly due to bad weather. This is my first time dealing with Public Storage.

Move in went smooth and everyone seems to be pleasant and helpful.
