TY was fantastic. Over the top with customer service.

My only complaint, and is is a significant one, is that they only have four carts for the entire facility. If I had known this, I would have chosen a different facility. I asked the staff person about it and she said that complaining to management would do no good because they were not going to buy more carts.

I love public storage the place is clean, the lighting is good,easy to locate your storage bin. I'm happy with the service and the location 1717 E Joppa Rd. The employees and the people are friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

the only down side to my location is having to get out of my car to enter, i feel like it's kind of dangerous to get out of your car with it running or to turn it off to walk over then get back in and turn it on (maybe a minor annoyance), and round about, the key pad should be closer so you can punch it in from your car on both sides.

I was almost ready to enter into a contract with another storage facility I passed Public Storage and my daughter suggested I check them out and I am glad I did. First thing the rate for the same size unit was much less. Access was much easier and overall, I was just pleased with the customer service connection. Everything was explained in detail, she made me feel important. All of my questions were answered in a professional manner. Additionally, My daughter used this same Company in Michigan.

Have been a customer for a couple of years. Needed to downsize my unit. Blair was courteous and helped make the transfer easy and simple. Would recommend to others.

Great customer service

The customer service experience and overall facility was very good. However, be upfront about hidden fees. The $1 first month promo ended up costing over $70. I would have appreciated just knowing the cost upfront instead of having to learn of hidden fees that I found out about after the walkthrough as I was finalizing everything, after having dedicated 40 minutes of my time to the process.

I was looking for and clean affordable unit with climate control. I was home for three days and had to move a lot of things. They made it very convenient and the staff were friendly. The young lady shocked me when I came back the second day and she said my name. Now that's customer service. The store manager was amazing also. Any questions I had they were answered. I love my storage unit. It's a very clean facility.

Kiara provided excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable and went over the entire process by providing very detailed and specific information regarding my storage rental options. The facility was very clean and well lit.

Blair at public storage on Joppa Rd provided wonderful service! I needed to reserve a unit in a hurry and shortly after I reserved online he gave me a call to discuss the reservation and my needs. When I came in to start my move in he was welcoming and showed me my options when I wasn't certain exactly the size unit I needed. Really great service, I highly recommend!

Blair was very polite while muti tasking to register me for a storage space. Explained every detail . This is my first storage unit. The moving went well. Very pleased with the customer service received.

I had called other storage units and was disappointed with all the hidden costs that was not on their website. But Public Storage was upfront and honest. I was called back by the manager of local unit I rented from in a timely manner. Blair answered all my questions about the total costs involved. After visiting the actual storage unit I found it to be clean and again before I signed my paperwork again the manager read it to me and made sure I understood everything. Great service at a great price. Got just the unit size I needed. No one tried to oversell me a bigger unit. Honesty, pricing, and great customer service made my visit enjoyable.

The price is on the high end but besides that I have no complaints.

We were pleased with the responsiveness and professional competence of the staff.

Its very clean and the staff is very helpful. The only complaint I have is you are only allowed one cart even if there is more available, we had 2 truckloads to move in and it took us much longer because we were only allowed one cart. They also lock them up so if the office is not open you cannot use them.
