I am truly pleased with the service of the Public Storage in Cockeysville, MD. The on-site Customer Service Rep/Property Manager is very professional and knowledgeable about the units and amenties. I truly appreciate the secure code access to the building, unit upgrade option and online account access, to name a few. I highly recommend for people to join Public Storage.

Tiara has been great since we joined public storage, she is very attentive and was very helpful with upgrading us to a larger unit after my dumb dumb got one to small ???? overall have not had an issue with them and will consider them for all storage needs.

I have had a unit here for a few years. The customer service inside this location has always been great. Tiara, who has helped me a few times, is always friendly and professional. The facility is always clean, the temperature is comfortable and i feel safe. I checked out other storage facilities and they don't even come close to this location

Love the hours at this particular facility! 6-9pm EVERYDAY works perfectly. My only drawback would be the unit is colder than other facilities. The staff is cool, and the location and access to my unit- sweet.

Nice location, security gate not working, dirty in the hallways and unloading entrance. My unit was dirty, now i have spiders in my unit. Staff very friendly and helpful, otherwise, location is efficient.
