This is a fully enclosed, drive-in storage facility, allowing you to enter the building through a controlled roll-up door secured by keypad access. You can drive directly inside the building before exiting your vehicle, keeping you and your belongings protected while loading and unloading. Once inside, all storage units are individually alarmed and monitored with 24/7 HD video surveillance for added security. Climate-controlled storage units are available, along with freight elevators for easy access to upper floors. With extended access hours, on-site professional managers, and no deposits or administrative fees, storing at our Baltimore location is simple and hassle-free. Our facility is also well suited for business storage and commercial needs. This should be only an option if you're looking to store and not go back until you move out. Otherwise, you'll be pretty grossed out if you have to go back and forth there. It could be kept cleaner and they could make an attempt to clean the unit before renting it. Thank God my movers were there and were awesome (they cleaned up the dead rat that was in there!). I will only return to pick-up my stuff to move to my new home; everything I have in there is either paper wrapped and boxed or covered and shrink wrapped so hopefully there won't be time for critters to get into any of it. The customer service guy there was super nice and helpful though but he was the only one there. The company should invest into keeping the place clean.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. We thrived with a truck lod of items on Monday, Jan 18, and found storage unit full of debris that we were told on Friday would be leaned out before our possession. We had to sweep for twenty minutes to make it habitable.

The office is great and was very helpful with getting me set up in a unit for the best pricing. The facility is very nice on the inside and out, but the specific units are far from marvelous. I went to move my stuff into my unit and the locking mechanism was jammed, the floors were dirty enough to that I stacked things on top of one another to avoid them touching the ground. It's also in a pretty sketchy area, although having a Popeye's next door is a plus!

These guys really have there stuff together. There's tons of room and security is very tight. They are very helpful and even have dollies on sight to use. I would recommend to anyone.

This felicity is great, the costumer service was excellent. He attended to us right away, easily explained everything gave us a tour and even offered COFFEE !!! It was great and he was wonderful very polite ! Security was more then I expected there's personal alarms for each unit, I'm very pleased with the outcome of this store, I highly recommend them
