While I completed the rental online, Rhaketa (sp?) was there to great me on arrival. She was both professional and engaging, asking me how everything had gone online and whether she could do anything else for me. She she showed the way by escorting me to the unit and pointing out the best ways to access the elevator and moving equipment. I always appreciate great customer service, perhaps because it is more and more rare, and I was pleased to find it at this facility. Thank you, Rhaketa.

Rickeda took her time to assist me and help me obtain a unit that was best suitable for me. Definitely a great location.

Fairly easy to move in, pricing is pretty standard.

Every step of the process is well organized, clear, and very user friend - website, space options, reservation, confirmation, check-in, hours and use. Rafael was extremely helpful!

The guys are nice and helpful. Parking is convenient to elevators. With the hand cart to borrow in the office, moving in has been a breeze!

I thought the service was great overall. Few things to improve on 1. System should allow to edit without having to complete a full transaction again 2. Online offers should be offered in store.

Location is very convenient and clean. Love that the Loading area is covered in case of a raining day. And flat carts were free to use! John was super helpful! Great customer service!

Great storage unit!! Very friendly employees and clean units. Had a wonderful experience moving in and out. They provide all supplies you may need while moving, including free flat carts!!

Manager was pleasant. Pricing very good. Only glitch was that he forgot to take the facility lock off my unit so I had to go back and find him. Wish they could have carts available after office hours without having to think to call. But I am satisfied.

Process from reservation to completing contract to moving in all worked as well as could be hoped for. Prices seemed fair give location and convenience.

Great Location and security. Place could use a bit of a paint job and a mopping but otherwise fine.

Bri was the best. She was such a professional and cordial manager. My move took much longer than I thought, and I was unable to arrive in time for my U Haul reservation. Bri was kind enough to wait until 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday to allow me to move my things into a storage unit at Public Storage. She quickly helped me reserve a storage unit, and made it happen for me. I am so happy to be doing business with Public Storage. I had such a nice experience with Bri. She should be commended for her excellent people skills and excellent managerial skills.

Management was a bit paranoid and complicated but friendly. I had house centipedes in my boxes afterwards. But first month was free and I only needed two weeks, so I shouldn't complain. Paid a $23 fee for a large space.
