Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t satisfied with the interior look. Old and looked of water leaks. Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to take cart outside door because floor isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t flushed with ground other words not even, uneven ground. There should b access to 2 carts. Parking in front of someone else rental not good

I needed a storage unit for about a month or less and the associate explained the details of the rental property to me thoroughly and with ease! They also helped me change storage units once I got there since I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t satisfied with the original one that was chosen! Great customer service!!

The staff members are very professional. I was able to rent a large 10 X 30 unit. The unit was clean, however, the garage door was a bit rusty and somewhat difficult (and noisy) to open. I do not receive any special promotions, like 1st month for a buck, due to the lack of availability on the large units. There is limited parking at the front of the location. The main issue for me is the access hours: 6am to 9pm. I was told that 24 hour access could not be granted under any circumstances due to a new security policy/system. Management was receptive to my feedback and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
