Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t satisfied with the interior look. Old and looked of water leaks. Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to take cart outside door because floor isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t flushed with ground other words not even, uneven ground. There should b access to 2 carts. Parking in front of someone else rental not good

I needed a storage unit for about a month or less and the associate explained the details of the rental property to me thoroughly and with ease! They also helped me change storage units once I got there since I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t satisfied with the original one that was chosen! Great customer service!!

Great price, very friendly and helpful staff

I wish there was a climate controlled option and that their open hours were a little later. But all in all, I am very happy with our unit and thw location. In fact, we just rented a second unit.

The facility and staff are great. Kristine and Nicole were polite friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Good customer service

I came in today to do a rental and Kristine was very helpful. She made the process easy and gave me a lot of good suggestions on protecting my items. The unit was nice and clean and ready for me to move in.

Kristine is a great property manager. She is always very helpful and pleasant and she keeps the property real clean.

Today I was evicted from my home and when I came into do my rental Kristine greeted me with a smile and told me everything will be ok. She made my rental process easy and she was very knowledgeable she even helped me put my belongings in my unit. You have a great employee.

Krissy is the best . She keeps a clean property and has great customer service every time I stop in this location to pay my monthly payment she is just happy and helpful. She is truly the best thing that has ever happened to this store.

The staff members are very professional. I was able to rent a large 10 X 30 unit. The unit was clean, however, the garage door was a bit rusty and somewhat difficult (and noisy) to open. I do not receive any special promotions, like 1st month for a buck, due to the lack of availability on the large units. There is limited parking at the front of the location. The main issue for me is the access hours: 6am to 9pm. I was told that 24 hour access could not be granted under any circumstances due to a new security policy/system. Management was receptive to my feedback and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was quite pleased with the service that Ray gave to me. He was courteous, friendly, and explained things quite clearly. I saw him again this past Sunday and had a good conversation with him. I think you should give him a raise :-)
