I spoke with a staff member Velvet Hawkins and she was extremely helpful in helping with the process of setting up my new storage. Great customer service and I look forward to getting other storage rooms with them in the future.

The clerk helped me learn how to use the locker and gave me an opportunity to upgrade when I mentioned the 5×10 might now be big enough. So I rented the larger locker.

Service was great, Anna made sure filling out all information was smooth. The units were clean and in good operating order. Security seems adequate, although some improvement may be necessary for my own personal concerns. All in all, a very well run company.

Quick, easy and exactly as described. They even left a free lock in a gift bag inside the unit for me.

The staff was extremely helpful in showing options and choosing a cube. It facility was nice, clean and seems very secure.

Rented 10x10. Had to inspect 3 units to find one without oil stains on the floor. Third unit had a crack in the floor but should be okay. Grounds were very clean. Units were clean other than the oil stains.

The lady manager on site was wonderful.

very nice and convenient place to use. Easy to sign up and good bill pay options. Grounds are always clean and well kept with good lighting onsite. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

The paperwork took too long, and I had to pay for a large processing fee which kinda defeated the purpose of having a tiny storage locker.

It was fine. Good customer service. Needs repair on unit labeling.

The unit is clean well maintained. I am happy with the service I have received.
