Yvonne is professional and helpful. She is friendly and very knowledgeable.

It was very easy to find pricing, make a reservation and secure a storage location for our trailer. The check-in process was an easy 10 minutes, primarily to ensure that our trailer would actually fit in the spot. Wonderful experience.

Although I missed the one month free deal, I am still pleased with the customer service at the Allentown Road location. And was very pleased at how clean the units were.

I worked with Kerwin, and he was very pleasant to work with. He was quick, and very informative! He explained all the paper work to me. And the facility is very clean and nice!

I'm very please with the service that i receive. After searching the interent for storage looking at the picture the cleaniness and color feature look so unreal and after going there it really look almost the same very clean and the staff very nice did everything prompt and i was out in a matter of minutes.

From the first telephone contact through the signup process, I found the staff to be excellent and exceptional customer service. The facility was better than I expected. The free truck for new clients is a 'great' feature.

So far, this is a fantastic storage facility to rent from! I have rented storage units from two other companies and although they both were great, I was most impressed with CubeSmart's customer service and attentiveness. They called to confirm my online reservation, and called again the day before move-in. They were always very kind and helpful, and when I arrived they were friendly and thoroughly explained their policies--which is the primary negative but understandable. The facility needed to be swept too but my unit was in very good condition. If you call them, just make sure you ask about any specials as they were not advertised on this website. Oh, and they have a FREE 16' truck (incl. four hours and 50 miles) for first-time renters. It made my move even more convenient. Thus far, no major complaints with CubeSmart! Highly recommend!
