I made my reservation online. They called me almost immediately. I started my contract the same day.

Reserving process very complicated , no light near or in unit, very lacking lighting

The location is just off the beaten path, nestled in a culdesac, The property is clean and well-maintained. Pricing for square footage for available units is reasonable.

Stephen was great,very helpful and professional. Went out of his way to make everything work out.

Ms. Leigha from the Clinton, MD location was very courteous, polite, and helpful she answered all my concerns and questions. I would give her 10 stars. Clean and spacious units, nice sized establishment.

You can never reach no one. They over charge you, even when you have send the requested/required documents wayyyyyyy in advance. Then itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s takes them over 3 months to refund and fix their mistake. Everyone blames everyone else, but their error is still not fixed and your money is still not refunded.

Drove an hour to sign the documents for the RV parking space arriving at 4:30pm, nobody was there and they supposedly close at 6pm. Called multiple times with no result. Wasting 3 hours. The next day I got a hold of someone and was to take care of everything over the phone. Took the RV the next day to store it. On arrival, the space number I was assigned to was taken by someone else. I called again and they said they would call me back. I explained I had to leave the trailer that day. I did not have the time nor the patience so I parked the RV in a empty space and left. Two days later I got a call telling me I needed to move the RV because the open space I was in was taken. They gave me another spot that was virtually impossible to park a 30ft trailer in due to the extremely pour set up and management of parked vehicles. Parking to far out into the drive lane, oversized vehicles in small spaces, etc. 2 more days have pasted and I still have not been given a usable space for my trailer... Zero management of this lot.

New owner, and rent has increased twice in the months. Imposed a mandatory insurance requirement without communication to the tenants. When I asked about it I was told I could move if I wanted

I have had my items in this storage for over a year. The previous owners were like and i had no problems with them. Recently they were purchased by Belafonte reality, and the communication from them is horrible. Each month I have to call and go to the office to correct the issues they have created. The customer service is even worse. I will not continue to store my items there, and I would highly recommend that you don't do business here either. Their answer is always the same "we don't force you to store your items here"

Prime storage was built in an ideal location for storage. The facility, both indoor and outdoor is clean and the customer service I received when I rented a storage unit was great. I highly recommend them, especially to my fellow military personnel, as they offer a military discount. Thus far I am very satisfied.

Purchased the storage 2-3 months ago and increased the rent by 25%

I have been a customer since 2012 as Clinton Mini Storage with Susan(deceased) as my contact who was Awesome. Now her daughter is there under Prime Storage. She is great to work with. The new company seems to be very impersonal & not very Customer Service oriented in my humble opinion. Prices have increased and now I have been informed reﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ an added cost of $13 monthly insurance. Wow, is this how you treat & keep your long term customers ? Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been in Property Management for over 30 years; Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not Impressed with how Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m being treated as a Long Term Customer. I may be the Only One but I thought you should know my concerns. Thank you b

Nice size storage units however the lighting is poor and non functional. I called the office to submit my issue to be told they will look into it and get back with me within a week. Remote access will be a plus so you can just push the button from your vehicle instead of using the keypad.

I really do like the facility have been a customer for over 10 years. Having the fee increase $30 over night was a shock to me. $30 may not seam a lot to some but today $30 makes a big deference in a house hold.
